Delivery and dispatch times

These vary according to the pieces you order. Please read the product description to see what applies to your order. If you need something for a specific date, please get in touch to discuss it with me, I will always do my best to help you.

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location. See below.

  • Jewellery (necklaces, earrings and bracelets) is usually ready to dispatch within 5 working days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays not including UK bank holidays.
  • Hair accessories can take up to 3 weeks to make and dispatch.
  • Orders combining jewellery and accessories can take up to 3 weeks to make and dispatch.

UK Delivery

There are several options for UK delivery.

  • First Class Signed For Service with Royal Mail - £4.95. This service usually arrives around 2 working days after dispatch, and requires a signature on arrival.
  • Special Delivery Next Day with Royal Mail £10. (N.B. This will arrive next day AFTER DISPATCH, so please check the dispatch times for your pieces, this is a tracked service and requires and signature on arrival)

EU Delivery

Unfortunately sales to the EU are currently suspended due to GPSR. These are new regulations which require businesses outside the EU (the UK is no longer a part of the EU) to have an agent/representative based in the EU, that keeps details about their products. These services come at a cost and at the moment these are prohibitive for many small businesses. As time goes on hopefully there will be an affordable way to comply with these regulations.

Worldwide Delivery

Is currently available to Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Deliveries to the US are currently suspended as new tariff regulations come in to force at the end of August 2025. At the moment it is unclear how small businesses can negotiate this best, hopefully this will become clearer in time, and delivery to the US can then be reinstated.

Sometimes items can be held up in customs which can effect delivery times. A customs charge maybe added on arrival in the destination country, this is charge that you, the customer, or recipient pays.

  • International Signed service £18. Royal Mail estimates delivery in 5-7 working days from dispatch, this is an estimate, as this is not a service with a guaranteed date. (* Services available vary from country to country.)
  • If you would like to upgrade your delivery to a courier service with a guaranteed delivery date, please get in touch before ordering so I can get you a price for this.

Packaging
Your jewellery and hair accessories are carefully packed so it will arrive in perfect condition. All pieces are presented in gift boxes made from recycled materials. Care advice will also be included.

If your order doesn't arrive when you expect it

In our experience it is unusual for items to be delayed, however if this does happen and the item doesn't arrive when you are expecting it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you to resolve the situation. Initially we will ask you to allow three weeks for your order date for the item to arrive, as in our experience delayed items will usually arrive within that period. It also allows us time to investigate with Royal Mail. If after this time and following investigation your order still hasn't been located then your order will be replaced or refunded.
